Stephanie is a full-time REALTOR® with Carolina One Real Estate in the greater Charleston metro area of South Carolina. She performs in the top 10% of all real estate agents in the tri-county area.
Carolina One Real Estate has recognized Stephanie for her sales achievements with their Silver Circle of Excellence Award. Stephanie was honored by the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors® in 2009 as their 2008 Rookie of the Year. She also received the Rising Star Award from Carolina One Real Estate in that same year.
Stephanie holds the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designations, as well as the Short Sales and Foreclosures (SFR) certification from NAR.
Stephanie is certified by the State Housing Authority of South Carolina and is an active member of the Carolina One Real Estate international relocation team.

Stephanie spent four years in the U.S. Army Reserves as a Psychological Operations specialist, where she met her husband of nearly nine years.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Drake University in Des Moines, IA. She is a graduate of DeSoto High School in DeSoto, KS.
In her spare time Stephanie enjoys volunteering in her kids’s classrooms and serving on the School Improvement Council at Westview Primary. You’ll also find her traveling, reading, or taking her kids to the beach every chance she gets. She lives in Goose Creek, SC, with her husband and two children.
