Great story Stephanie, and sounds like a great day for sure. Your story reminds me of a lucky day I had with a commercial property (free standing retail) I once had. The property had been on the market for for over a year and the owner was considering hiring a larger local firm to market it. Once I learned this, I decided to hire photographer to come out and snap some good interior and exterior photos in an effort to perk up the marketing we were doing for this property. I had met the photographer at the property one morning and as we were going through the property, a car drove up and out came three men. As it turned out, one of the guys was a broker and the other were investors who had stumbled across this property by accident, when looking for another property that was just down the street. Luck have it, 4 weeks later, we had a closed deal! It’s amazing how things happen sometimes. And like you said, you never know when that buyer will show up.

Stephanie, my husband has been having some major heart issues since the middle of last year. We are struggling to get the bills paid. My husband is self-employed and has no income if he doesn’t work. Are there any stimulus packages that would help us out with refinancing since our credit has been hurt with doctor bills etc. We only have an equity loan on our home, but it is a little over $50,000.00. We have owned our home since 2000. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
